Why is Stardelta not acceptable?

Have you ever experienced a breaker trip? Introducing the issues with Star Delta.

To avoid direct connection troubles, the star-delta method is generally used, but there are issues here as well. Has the breaker ever tripped? The breaker can trip during "the switch from star to delta" and "when the starting torque is insufficient." You can find detailed information about each pattern in the related links. 【Why does the breaker trip?】 ■Reason 1: When switching from star to delta ■Reason 2: When the starting torque is insufficient *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Towards strengthening society! Small-scale generators can be miniaturized, reducing initial costs.

As you may have noticed, natural disasters such as heavy rain, floods, earthquakes, and eruptions are becoming increasingly severe year by year, causing social infrastructure to cease functioning and resulting in a rising trend of damages. In preparation for this, it is becoming increasingly recognized that emergency power supply systems and generators, which allow activities to resume without waiting for the restoration of extensive power supply networks, are important issues for ensuring the foundation of daily life. There may also be considerations for regular use without relying on external sources. However, if the load equipment to be secured is motor-driven, the generator size increases due to the starting current, which, while necessary, cannot be ignored from an economic perspective when it comes to implementation. Therefore, we recommend using the motor starter "Special Condor V-Star," which reduces generator capacity. By using this product, your generator can be downsized, leading to reduced initial costs. Being smaller means that construction costs, installation space, maintenance costs, and CO2 emissions can also be reduced, achieving a reduction in burden and advancing the resilience of society. Our company is striving to assist in any way possible, and we look forward to hearing from you. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Introduction of case studies on calculating generator capacity.

Reducing initial costs! A case where we were consulted about whether the generator capacity could be made a little smaller.

Here is an example of calculating generator capacity. In a certain high-rise condominium, it became necessary to calculate the capacity of an emergency generator. When calculated using the conventional star-delta starting method, it turned out to be approximately 450 kVA, which was found to be a significant burden both spatially and economically. We were then consulted by the company to see if the generator capacity could be reduced. We conducted calculations using a special condenser starter called "V-Star" for some of the larger loads. It was determined that we could reduce the capacity to approximately 300 kVA, contributing to a reduction in initial costs. In the related links, we have also posted various inquiries received from customers, so please take a look. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Concern] I want to install a generator, but there is no place to put it.

Fire pump certified control panel "VC Star/V Star" achieves miniaturization of generators! Space-saving and low-cost! Environmentally friendly fire pump certified control panel.

The "VC Star/V Star" is a fire pump certified control panel that can reduce generator capacity. The "VC Star" is a starter that gradually increases the voltage applied to the motor from zero to full voltage over a range of several seconds to several tens of seconds by controlling the conduction phase of a thyristor inserted between the power supply and the motor. The "V Star" is a starter that can utilize the characteristics of the generator to draw out its capacity, with the generator capacity determined at 50% voltage during initial startup, while the motor's starting torque is determined at 70% voltage. 【Features】 ■ Achieves smaller generator capacity ■ Space-saving, low-cost, environmentally friendly fire pump certified control panel ■ Capable of reducing generator capacity ■ Obtained fire certification ■ Installation replacement possible for just the control panel *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
